It is the only thing our two products have in common, and the only thing they need.
Story
We started freelance in 2011, writing software for other people’s businesses. Every time, the workarounds appeared: a spreadsheet beside the CRM, a WhatsApp group beside the ticket queue. The tool had assumed a shape the business did not have.
In 2019 we incorporated in Bengaluru. The client years had already proved the thesis. What we wanted was to build the product, not another one-off.
The same idea now ships as two products. RiLaX goes to businesses already living in WhatsApp. Genible goes to teams running on the ten or twenty tools they already have — tools that store everything and understand nothing.

Genible models a company as a living Context Graph: typed entities, typed relationships, signals and history. On top sits a reasoning layer that answers plain-English questions and shows the evidence it used.
Principles
Four rules that decide what ships and what does not.
Both products are built for how business is actually done in India, starting with WhatsApp as the workplace. We hold both to India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act; each product’s policy sets out exactly how.
We never sell customer content, never buy personal data from brokers, and never use customer content to train our models or anyone else’s.
We ship small and often. We would rather correct a released thing than defend a planned one.
An answer is only worth its evidence, so Genible shows what it read to get there. Across both products, AI output is always something to review, never something to trust blind.
